Path Technologies is a company founded by two MIT students who are passionate about helping students make informed decisions about their education and career path.
Meet The Founders
Sebastien Boyer
Founder and CEO
Seb is passionate about increasing access to education and using data to inform decision-making.
He brings a wealth of knowledge in data science, quantitative finance and applied microeconomics. He honed his skills through years of economic consulting at Analysis Group working for some of the biggest technology and financial services companies in the world. He previously developed financial and machine learning models working in equity research and investor relations.
Seb holds a bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from McGill University and is currently pursuing an MBA at MIT.
Tynan Dewes
Co-Founder and CTO
Ty's lifelong passion for tutoring and education has motivated him to pioneer educational software.
A senior software engineer with full stack capabilities, he has successfully managed teams of engineers to lead the overhaul of existing features at Uber, including document collection UX for drivers and cross-functional machine learning platforms. He previously developed database software tools at Cisco and Intuit.

Ty holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from University of California - San Diego and is currently pursuing an MBA at MIT.
